The facility opened in May 1990 and is owned by HRC Care Society, which is a non-profit organization. Westminster House is committed to providing a safe and comfortable home for our elderly citizens for the “rest of their lives”.

Service Amenities:

  • Westminster House offers 24 hour professional nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing), food service, housekeeping, physiotherapy, recreation and leisure programs and pastoral care service.
  • Westminster House offers a one of a kind seniors’ residential community with a unique approach to providing additional services as care needs change.
  • Westminster House is situated in White Rock Village in South Surrey, and is conveniently located within minutes from shopping, recreational and cultural centers.
  • Westminster House offers spacious, private one and two bedroom, studio and bed-sitting suites to seniors in a family orientated, Christian environment. Residents may rent or purchase the suites.
  • Westminster House offers an “aging in place philosophy” which allows couples with different needs to stay together.
