Westminster House

Westminster House has 117 suites which are licensed by the Adult Care regulations under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act. The facility opened in May 1990 and is owned by HRC Care Society, which is a non-profit organization. Westminster House is committed to providing a safe and comfortable home for our elderly citizens for the “rest of their lives”.

Service Amenities:

• Westminster House offers 24 hour professional nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing), food service, housekeeping, physiotherapy, recreation and leisure programs and pastoral care service.
• Westminster House offers a one of a kind seniors’ residential community with a unique approach to providing additional services as care needs change.
• Westminster House is situated in White Rock Village in South Surrey, and is conveniently located within minutes from shopping, recreational and cultural centers.
• Westminster House offers spacious, private one and two bedroom, studio and bed-sitting suites to seniors in a family orientated, Christian environment. Residents may rent or purchase the suites.
• Westminster House offers an “aging in place philosophy” which allows couples with different needs to stay together.
• Westminster House offers a wellness approach for all needs of every resident – physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual, by recognizing residents’ capabilities, strengths and skills.
